We are often asked how old you have to be to operate a Forklift.
To sit the assessment you have to be 18 years of age minimum.
However… you can begin the training at 17 years and 10 months – any machine operation whilst under training has to be under the supervision of a licenced operator.
This can either be at an RTO like ourselves, or in the workplace under a Logbook which has been issued by an RTO following a formal training session.
Training courses are held every week at multiple locations in South East Qld – Brisbane North, South and Gold Coast.
