Since switching to the new National Forklift Licence, there is a requirement to renew the licence every 5 years.
This can be done at Australia Post, and Online with the Licencing Authority in each state. In Queensland this is Worksafe and you can find more information here.
You will need your personal details plus your HRW Forklift Licence Number
