Our Reach Stacker Training is conducted at Arrow Transport, a partnering business site offering use of their facility and equipment to enable real experience training. This location is equipped with the necessary resources for practical, hands-on training in the operation of Reach Stackers.
Alternatively, we offer convenient on-site training at your workplace.

Parking:
Parking is available on-site and along Bishop Drive. We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled start time to ensure timely entry and registration.
Training Hours:
- Start Time: 7:30 AM
- Finish Time: 4:00 PM
Important Requirements for Students:
- High Visibility Clothing: All students are required to wear high-visibility clothing for safety.
- Steel Toe-Capped Boots: Students must wear steel-toe-capped boots to ensure safety on the site.
- Identification & Induction: As the site is customs bonded, students must present photographic ID and complete an induction upon entry to the facility.
- Customs Bonded Site: Be prepared to follow any site-specific entry requirements, including additional checks.
Training Environment: Training may take place outside, where students can be exposed to the elements. As such, it is advised to bring additional clothing and personal protective equipment (PPE) suitable for the weather conditions, including hats, sunscreen and rain gear if necessary.

Taking time out from the workplace is not always possible. We understand that and work with our clients and students to facilitate training in the workplace. Logbook Training for Forklift, Order Picker and Reach Stacker is part of our regular training program.
Thank you to the team from One Stop Training for the Straddle Carrier, Driver and Spotter training you delivered to our team. The training delivered to both our new drivers/spotters and recertification of our experienced drivers was much appreciated.
We were comfortable with the whole process from beginning to end.
